The Finance Department bills and collects County revenues, oversees expenditure of funds in accordance with approved budgets, invests County funds, issues County debt, and provides financial services to County departments and offices.

PLEASE NOTE: Citizen Self Service for Real Property Tax and Utility Billing payments will be unavailable beginning Friday, May 1, 2026 through Wednesday, May 21, 2026. Citizen Self Service will return on Thursday, May 22, 2026.
